At Plandent we are seeking a new colleague for the support team for DentalSuite and Nexta. The team consists of six former dental assistants who know daily life in the clinic from the inside, and who every day help others get the most out of their digital tools.

You will work closely with colleagues in IT Support, clinical support, the development department and other specialists at Plandent. Together we lift the task and help clinics to a simpler everyday life.

About you

You are energetic, empathetic and positive. You communicate clearly and engagingly, even when things are complex.

You work in a structured way and thrive both in collaboration with others and with autonomous tasks where you take responsibility and initiative.

We imagine that you

• have a dental background
• have experience with documentation, reception, accounting or other administrative tasks at a dental clinic
• preferably have experience with DentalSuite, Nexta and possibly Trios
• speak and write Danish and can communicate in English

If you have worked with one or more of the systems, we will teach you the rest.

Experience with e-conomic is an advantage, but not a requirement.

A clean relevant criminal record is a prerequisite.

Your tasks

Your day-to-day will alternate between customer dialogue, problem solving, advice and knowledge sharing.

You will, among other things,

• provide telephone, chat and remote support in DentalSuite, Nexta and Trios
• help clinics with concrete challenges in their daily workflows
• advise on solutions such as Online Booking, SMS Service, EDI, Secure Connect, FMK and e-Boks
• conduct customer training and other consulting tasks
• contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing within the team
