We are seeking a positive, hardworking and sales-oriented real estate agent who wants to become part of a business with ambitions, high tempo and focus on both clients, results and good collegiality.

But let's start with the most important

👉 Documented experience with valuations is a non-negotiable requirement.

You must be used to going home to homeowners, creating trust at the kitchen table, assessing the property realistically and – not least – being able to translate the valuation into a signed marketing agreement.

For us, practical experience with valuations weighs higher than your educational background . The crucial thing is that you know the craft, understand the market and have tried your hand at the valuation part in practice.

WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT?

You will become part of an ambitious real estate brokerage where there is room for personality, initiative and good ideas.

We believe that the best results are created by people who are given responsibility and the opportunity to use their strengths. Therefore we are not necessarily looking for the candidate with the most impressive exam record.

We are looking for the right person with the right experience.

A person who knows what it takes when the phone rings with a potential valuation – and who can both assess the property, advise the seller and win the customer's trust.

📍 Local knowledge is a clear advantage – but the right personality and strong valuation experience weigh heaviest.

IMPORTANT BEFORE APPLYING

If you do not have valuation experience, you will not be considered for the position.

We’d rather be explicit from the start: This position requires that you already have practical experience with valuation and sale of real estate.

However, we are very interested in hearing from you if you can tick ✔️ on that – even if your CV might look a little different from the traditional real estate agent’s.
