We are busy, and therefore expanding with newly created positions on the team, so we can reach our goals together.

Becoming a successful real estate agent requires more than just ambition – it requires dedication, initiative, self-discipline and the will to work purposefully and independently. We are looking for exactly these qualities in our next colleague.

With us there are no parents to sweep 🧹 the way for you. You must roll up your sleeves yourself and prove that you can lift 🏋️‍♂️ the task. In return, we promise that results will be rewarded. You will be responsible for working independently with the sale of homes and everything that entails – and you will have colleagues who are both skilled and dedicated, and who together with you will strive to reach the very top.

It may sound like an enlistment in the defense , but it’s not – even though it can feel that way at times! With us it’s not about winning with pistol sales or digging yourself into trenches when you would rather do something else.

Maybe you are already a trainee, but crave more responsibility for the fun tasks? Then we can tailor a junior trainee program for you.

Regardless of experience, we expect the following, at a minimum, to be 'checked off' by you:

👍 Experience with sales or physical customer contact.

👍 Independent as a person, and good at getting yourself going.

👍 Self-confident, Practical thinker, Empathetic, Ambitious.

👍 Outgoing, smiley and enjoy working with people and sales.

👍 Has a flair for marketing, as ads, social media etc. become a part of your everyday life.

👍 Good at communicating in writing and speaking.

👍 Hungry to learn, and to develop yourself.

➡️ Holds a driver's license and a car 🚗

As a trainee with us you will be offered
