Receptionist/Café Assistant at Vestbad

Would you like to be part of Vestbad's team of receptionists/café staff?

At Vestbad we are currently looking for skilled people to join the team. We are seeking temporary/part-time staff who can cover during holidays, sickness, etc., with the possibility of permanent employment. Shifts are distributed across morning, afternoon and evening shifts.

Vestbad is a larger activity centre, with the swimming pool as its core task. In addition, we have a fitness center, wellness department, physiotherapy and an outdoor pool year-round.

As a receptionist/café assistant you are the first face our guests meet and it is thus you who starts the great experience. Therefore it is extremely important that you enjoy talking to people of all ages, and that you are able to guide and provide the best service.

Your duties will include

• Guide guests in using the many facilities at Vestbad
• Sale of various period wristbands, tickets and activities, as well as café items
• Answer phone calls
• Meeting preparation, running the meeting and tidying up
• Light cleaning and tidying up in the building
• Guided tours for new guests
• Daily cleaning of the reception/café
• Restocking of goods, and preparation of café products

We expect that you

• Can speak and understand Danish
• Are outgoing, service-minded and smiling
• Have experience from shop, reception or restaurant
• Exude energy, be proactive and actively contribute to the tasks to be solved in the house.
• Are a team player with good cooperation skills
• Are responsible and flexible regarding tasks and ongoing adjustments in workload and working hours
• Can present a satisfactory criminal record
