RECRUITMENT: Educator sought for a lively kindergarten in Beder

Can you enjoy laughing with the children, unleash creativity, and help create a daily life full of imagination, presence, and great experiences? Then we would like to welcome you into our community – whether you are a recent graduate or have many years of experience.

At Amaliegården we care for about 52 children distributed between a nursery and a kindergarten. The kindergarten consists of two groups with 18 children in each, and in one of them you will become a part of everyday life. We work purposefully so that all children feel they belong and are a valuable part of the community. Amaliegården is divided by rooms, but we lift as a team and take joint responsibility for the children’s well-being, development, and learning. Inspired by NEST, we consider how we as adults can create Rahmen that give all children good opportunities to participate and succeed.

LIFE IN THE KINDERGARTEN

Your closest colleagues will be Jeanette, an experienced assistant, and Mette, an experienced educator. They have worked together for many years and have a good eye for both the children and each other. In the room there is room for humor, creative projects, and storytelling – and not least for you. Jeanette and Mette will make sure you are welcomed and start well in your work with the children. And you will join the room with the queen of hat theatre!

At Amaliegården it is important to us to see each child every day and meet them with presence and a hug. We stand on a solid professional foundation where recognizable routines and clear boundaries create security for the children.

Community and clear adult roles are the driving forces of our pedagogy . We continuously adapt our learning environments and pedagogical initiatives to the group of children we are working with. We place a high value on professional reflection and hold staff meetings every Monday where we discuss the children’s needs and our pedagogical practice together.

Amaliegården is centrally located in a nature-rich area with easy access to forests, fields, and a multitude of different play opportunities. We have a healthy collaboration with the school, the other departments of the daycare, and occasionally with the nursing home.

At Amaliegården we help each other across the house and take joint responsibility for daily life. We prioritize time for professional reflection and sparring, both in staff meetings and in planning activities and pedagogical processes.

In Amaliegården there is always room for new colleagues. We are a staff group that has developed together over the years and where good humor, openness, flexibility, and helpfulness shape the collaboration. Every Friday there is a double dose of imagination and whimsy as the whole house gathers for Friday music and the kindergarten’s colorful hat theatre.

Salary and employment terms

Salary and employment terms will be in accordance with the applicable collective agreement. Final salary determination takes place after negotiation with the authorized professional organization based on qualifications, unless the position is covered by a pre-agreement that can form the basis for salary setting

Weekly hours: 37 hours
