Videbæk Holistic Care seeks substitutes for day shifts on weekends and possibly on weekdays.

Maybe you are trained – or maybe you are unskilled and curious about the field and would like to try your hand at working in holistic care.

About the job

As an employee in holistic care you become an important part of the citizens' daily lives, safety and care. The tasks are varied and require both compassion, responsibility, an overview and the ability to work independently.

We work based on the elderly reform and holistic care, where the citizen is at the center. We are organized into four smaller teams: Team 1A, 1B, 2A and 2B. Team 1 and Team 2 each have their own team leader.

In our teams we work closely and interdisciplinary around the citizens. Here social and health helpers and assistants collaborate with, among others, nurses, therapists and visitators. Together we create cohesive and good citizen pathways.

We work rehabilitating, health-promoting and preventive with reference to Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality's values:

Who are we?

We are about 80-90 employees spread across different professions and shifts.
