Cleaner with experience sought for new client in the Greve area

Description of the position

Cleaning; locally in Greve in Greve industrial area.

The company, Semper Nova ApS, needs 1 person as cleaning assistant for a new large client in Greve industrial area.

It will be 5 hours every weekday, that is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday every week. In total 25 hours per week. The work is at a technological manufacturing company but it is only offices, two catering areas, toilets and shower rooms as well as meeting rooms and the corridors connecting the rooms. It is standard cleaning and no special agents or methods are required beyond what normal professional cleaning offers.

Access is after the company s regular closing time. This means that attendance can first be in the period from 15:30 and onwards (but must be completed no later than the next morning 05:30). On certain occasions arrival can be from 18:30 at special occasions in the company.

There is a single new Nilfisk floor cleaning machine purchased for the task to make the work easier, which you will be instructed on if you are not familiar with floor cleaning machines.

Qualifications desired

• Non-negotiable requirements:

Must have experience/routine within cleaning, where the employer desires a high level.

Must be motivated and want to do it well - high standard - but all modern and new equipment is available (cleaning agents, tools, machines etc.).

Possibility for further training during employment to ensure high quality. There is a possibility for the candidate to be part of a company that is only 2 years old with success and ambitions to expand in the same geographical area. Today the company performs commercial cleaning and private cleaning in Greater Copenhagen and North Zealand but with a new large client in Greve, there is focus on additional customers mainly within commercial cleaning. So the candidate can be active and shape the company and the location in the Greve area, if they have the desire and ability.

A clean criminal record must be shown.

Language

Speak and understand Danish. If the candidate can also speak and understand English it is a plus.

It will be advantageous if the candidate resides in Greve or neighboring municipalities, so the commute to work is as small as possible.

What can the company offer?

The company will be under an agreement with DI/3F but is waiting until there are more employees in the same area so there is enough working hours for all candidates. The company is therefore not currently under an agreement but uses the same pay scale as the agreement with 3F, the Service Agreement dictates, to the greatest extent possible. In addition there is an extra space bonus allowance to acknowledge that the candidate is careful with the work and the results for the customer.

All modern equipment will be available for the actual cleaning tasks. The employee will receive an iPhone (which is for business use only and therefore not taxable) as well as an app to register arrival and departure times as well as notes about the task and equipment, including delivery of new consumables to the customer.

Employment is so-called zero-hours contracts, until we as a company have the structural setup through the trade union, 3F.

The company aims to be different from the usual type of cleaning company, but with greater responsibility, good conditions, modern equipment that makes the work efficient and easier, as well as a deep understanding and respect for the work with cleaning and service, which the company regards as an honorable job and an honest piece of work - which should also be good to perform.
