About us

The Establishment Partner Element Skrydstrup provides and develops the physical premises for the military operational units and other authorities under the Ministry of Defence. This covers everything from maintenance of buildings and areas, sleeping quarters for soldiers, desks for offices, meals in the canteens, and cleaning.

About the position

As a cleaning assistant in the Establishment Partner Element Skrydstrup you will not only have an interesting job in historic surroundings, but you will help quality assure the operation and the cleaning service to our customers.

Your core tasks are

• To perform the tasks and the customer’s wishes efficiently and professionally.
• To plan and coordinate the daily cleaning.
• To be visible to your team and the customers.
• To ensure the high quality to the customer whom you are in daily contact with.
• To perform commercial cleaning in different premises.
• To order cleaning materials etc.
• To perform self-checks.

You will become a member of a team of 24 experienced employees, where we place high value on good collaboration. We offer:

• Working hours in the period 06:00 to 13:24. Occasionally Sundays and holidays.
• A working week of 37 hours, including the lunch break.

About you

It is an advantage if you have worked with cleaning before, but we will ensure you receive thorough training. You speak, read and understand Danish.

You are mindful of providing good service and adapting to the needs, while keeping track of your tasks.

It is a requirement that you have a valid category B driving license.

Employment terms

The employment is governed by the current Collective Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees’ Organizations – The State Sector (OAO-S collective agreement) and the Organizational Agreement for cleaning assistants, sanitarians, skilled workers and certain vocationally educated etc. in the state etc. (3F).

Depending on your qualifications and competencies, there is a possibility for negotiation of allowances. There is an employer-funded pension scheme attached to the position.

The workplace is in Vojens.

As an employee within the Ministry of Defense’s area you are subject to some special terms. You must, among other things, be security cleared and maintain the security clearance throughout the employment.

You as an employee have a duty to perform service outside the country’s borders, including at units in international operations with a view to participation in conflict prevention, peacekeeping, peacebuilding, humanitarian and other similar operations.
