About us

The Establishment- and Terrain Command provides and develops the physical framework for the military operational units and other authorities under the Ministry of Defence. It covers everything from maintenance of buildings, areas, accommodation and furniture, food in the canteens and cleaning.

About the position

You will participate in day-to-day operations – where you will be the link between the service manager and the employees.

Your core tasks are

• To take care of tasks and the customer's wishes efficiently and professionally
• To plan and coordinate the daily cleaning – together with the service manager
• To be a part of the cleaning
• To be visible to your team and to the customers
• That you have IT skills, so you can navigate Outlook
• That you can perform spot checks according to Insta 800

About you

We imagine you are educated as a service assistant or have equivalent experience. You must be able to speak, read and understand Danish. You will be a middle manager between the daily supervisor and the cleaning staff.

We expect that you have a good mood, a constructive approach to collaboration and with your colleagues. It is important that you can keep a cool head during busy periods and be honest.

If you are unskilled, there will be an expected requirement for further education as a service assistant.

It is advantageous if you hold a valid Category B driving license and you must maintain it throughout the employment relationship.

Employment terms

The appointment is in accordance with the current Joint Agreement between the Ministry of Finance and Public Employees Organizations – The Public Sector (OAO-S joint agreement) and the Administrative Agreement for cleaning assistants, sanitarians, skilled workers and certain vocationally educated others in the state (3F).

Depending on your qualifications and competencies, there is a possibility for negotiation of supplements. The position includes an employer-financed pension scheme.

The workplace is at Borris Camp.

As an employee within the Ministry of Defence’s area, you are subject to certain special terms. You must, among other things, be able to obtain security clearance and maintain the security clearance throughout the employment.

As an employee you are obliged to perform service outside the country, including at units in international operations with a view to participation in conflict prevention, peacekeeping, peace-enforcing, humanitarian and other similar operations.
