We are indeed looking for a project manager who will help us with renovations including facades, roofs and windows. We are looking for someone who can maintain an overview and keep track of the details, and we would like you to excel in project planning and design of projects.

Your responsibilities

• Ongoing dialogue with all stakeholders such as: client/owner, residents, contractors and authorities.
• Prepare authority submissions – building permit applications.
• Project design and preparation of tender documents.
• Initiate and coordinate preliminary investigations, e.g., environmental or biological surveys.
• Registration of existing conditions.
• Prepare drawings and work specifications for tender documents.
• Quality assurance of projects and processes throughout.

• Construction management of projects from start to finish, including holding construction meetings and supervising the execution of the work.

What we expect from you

• You are good at working independently and proactively taking responsibility for the process.
• You are good at communicating clearly and creating a sense of security
• You could be a construction engineer, structural engineer, or architect.
