Do you want to lead a large and unconventional restaurant business where gastronomy, guest service and theatre experiences meet?
Det Ny Teater is seeking a restaurant manager responsible for the overall operation of Restaurant Teaterkælderen with capacity for 250 guests as well as the theatre's front of house and banquet department with capacity for up to 1,000 guests.
We welcome both individual guests and groups – in connection with a theatre visit or as an experience in itself. Every day we work to create memorable experiences for guests and the audience in unique and inspiring surroundings.
About you
You are independent and proactive and have experience with restaurant operations, personnel management and operational economics. You can combine high professional quality with operations that must handle many guests, and you have an eye for aesthetics and details without losing an overview.
As a leader you are visible and lead from the front. You manage to motivate your employees and create a good working environment, and you communicate clearly in both formal and informal contexts.

Start date and salary are agreed individually.
