As a route planner in the evening team in the Holistic Care in Helsinge, you will be the link between good planning, daily operation – and you will get close to both colleagues and citizens.

Your main competencies in the role of route planner

• you work in a structured way, are detail-oriented and can keep an overview when many things happen at once
• be educated as a social and health care assistant and preferably have experience in similar jobs, though not a requirement
• you are accustomed to IT and digital solutions and are curious to utilize systems and digitalization as effectively as possible. We work in NEXUS and PONDOO
• you are service-minded, decisive and good at prioritizing with the citizen's needs and operations in mind
• you are a robust team player with good humor, thriving in interdisciplinary collaboration and actively contributing to joint task solving
• participation in meetings with interdisciplinary teams and colleagues
• you have an eye for documentation, relationships and quality in how planning supports the work for the citizens.

Your central tasks in planning and operations

• plan and optimize daily and future routes and driving lists with focus on resources, quality and economy
• ensure that the planning takes into account citizens' approved services, time windows and individual needs
• allocate tasks according to employees' competencies, working hours, geography and the financial consequences
• run operations and citizen visits
• adjust plans in case of illness, vacation and sudden changes so that operations remain stable and efficient
• work closely with management, the duty planner and other planners about the daily operations
• follow up on quality, resource use and financial efficiency and propose improvements to workflows
• ensure that information in, among others, Pondoo is correct so the systems support an efficient use of resources.

The position is 37 hours per week with start on 1 January 2027 or by agreement.
