Rybners Kursuscenter is seeking part-time teachers in several different subject areas

Then we may have a place for you as a part-time lecturer at Rybners Kursuscenter.

We are experiencing great activity in our course area and therefore continually seek talented professionals who want to teach on our courses – either on individual days, for shorter periods or more regularly by agreement.

We are looking for professionals within several areas

We are interested in hearing from you if you have experience and competencies in for example:

• Transport, warehousing and logistics
• Certificate courses: ATEX, EPOXY, HOT WORK, ASBESTOS
• Automotive assistance, recovery and rescue
• Safety, work environment and first aid
• Fall protection/working at heights
• LEAN, team development, quality and green transition

What is the job about?

As a part-time lecturer, your main task is to translate your professional experience into practically oriented teaching for our course participants.

Our course participants are primarily adults who come with various experiences and prerequisites. Therefore we emphasize that the teaching is relevant, concrete and close to the reality they meet in the workplace.

Teaching can take place at Rybners Kursuscenter in Esbjerg, at our other facilities or out at companies.

The scope is agreed together. For some it may be a few teaching days per year, while others may want and be able to teach more often.

You do not need to be a trained teacher.

If you have teaching experience, that is naturally an advantage, but the most important for us is your professional competence, your industry experience and your desire to teach others. We will help you become equipped for the teaching task.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment is in accordance with the Danish Ministry of Education and Science circular of 16 June 2021 on pay and employment terms for part-time lecturers at mercantile or technical vocational education. Salary placement is according to the applicable circular on agreement on pay for teachers employed on civil servant-like terms at institutions for vocational education. The salary is determined according to the New Pay principles.

Depending on your professional experience you will be positioned on pay grade 1 – 7, corresponding to an hourly wage of between DKK 193.69 and 232.55, including collective agreement allowances. For each teaching hour an additional 57% of the hourly wage is added to cover preparation time. An 18% fully employer-paid pension is provided.

Prior to employment you will be asked electronically to consent to us obtaining a criminal record and a child protection clearance.

The place of employment includes all Rybners’ addresses in Esbjerg.
