Sales and Project Manager – Cooling

Are you proficient in refrigeration technology and do you thrive in a day-to-day with customers, quotes and projects?

We are seeking a sales and project manager for our independent refrigeration division at Stilling Køl & El. You will become part of a small team with short decision paths and a great opportunity to influence both your own daily life and the development of the department.

At the same time, you will be part of a medium-sized company with over 70 colleagues, an informal working environment and close collaboration across the departments.

We work with both larger, complex projects and the daily service tasks, so you will have a varied position with responsibility and influence.

You do not necessarily need to be trained as a refrigeration technician, but it is important that you have a solid professional understanding and feel confident in refrigeration technology.

Your tasks will include, among other things, to

• Advise on and sell cooling solutions to both private and commercial customers, and build and maintain good customer relationships and collaboration opportunities (not commercial)
• Prepare quotes, handle purchasing, and work with dimensioning, calculation and planning
• Take responsibility for larger refrigeration projects from the initial dialogue with the customer until the project is completed
• Ensure ongoing dialogue and coordination with customers, suppliers, installers and technicians
• Be an active part of the daily operations and development of the refrigeration department

You will have close collaboration with our service manager for cooling, who is responsible for the primary daily operations and coordination. Together you will be an important part of ensuring that the tasks in the department are well aligned.

You will also work closely with our electrical department, as several of our tasks and projects cross disciplines.
