Then you might be the person we are looking for as our new sales assistant for the sales department in our showroom in Hillerød!

PROFESSIONAL CUSTOMER RECEPTION IN THE SALES DEPARTMENT

BYD Hillerød is looking for an engaged sales assistant who is keen to support our salespeople in delivering the best possible service to our customers. There will be opportunities to work in the afternoon hours on weekdays as well as weekends. In addition, we are looking for someone who is ready to help and step in when needed.

Your primary task will consist of handling customer reception, and handing out cars and thereby ensuring that our customers receive a welcoming greeting in the store. In addition, you will be responsible for preparing cars for test drives and help the customer before, during and after the test drive itself.

As a sales assistant in the sales department you will thus fill a supportive role, where you will function as the primary support function to our salespeople with a view to assisting with various ad hoc tasks.

SERVICE-ORIENTED & OUTGOING

You are expected to have experience with customer service and possess a basic interest in cars and the automotive industry. As a person you are service-minded and strive to always provide the best possible service to customers. In addition you are outgoing and proactive in your work and capable of working independently.

Working hours can vary, so it is essential that you are flexible and can step in when needed. It is a requirement that you have a driving license.
