Sales Assistant in Herning - On-call

The role as a sales assistant

As a sales assistant your primary task is to give our customers the best possible experience when they visit our store. We are therefore looking for you who are good at building relationships and who are passionate about helping customers in the best possible way through their buying journey. The most important is that you are motivated to optimise the customer and purchase experience and love delivering the best service time after time.

The position is on-call.

Your main tasks include

• Warmly welcome the customer in the store and identify the customer's needs
• Guide and service the customer, from start to finish in their purchasing process and communicate relevant information about the individual products and brands’ history in an authentic way
• Create a good mood and positive atmosphere in the store for customers and colleagues
• Ensure daily that the store is always neat and tidy
• Optimise your work and sales process based on selected KPI’s
• Be an ambassador for Ditur and our products
