We are seeking a versatile marketing- and sales profile, who will join a growth journey in a digital start-up.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Manager for our one main product - the country’s largest platform for student discounts for verified students – this platform offers companies the opportunity to build a relationship with the future’s most purchasing-ready customer segment by offering student discounts.

You will have main responsibility for both content (student discounts and partners) as well as communicating these to the country’s students. Your tasks thus span quite broadly and strong planning skills/structure are a must to succeed in the role. The split between sales and marketing related activities is about 50/50

You report directly to the CEO and will have a high degree of freedom to plan and execute your work.

Tasks you may be responsible for include

• Preparation of presentation and sales materials.
• Contacting new potential corporate partners
• Planning, preparing and executing both offline and online marketing campaigns.
• Develop individual plans for larger corporate partners.
• Strategic responsibility and practical execution for Studiz profile on social media platforms and the “How to Studiz” blog.
• Strategy and preparation of PR materials
• Responsibility for and preparation of member emails.
• Participate in the continued development of the company at both strategic and operational levels.
• Follow-up activities in relation to both business partners and students.
• People management for student assistants and interns

Your profile

• You are initiative- and ideas-driven – our motto is: “Everything must be tried” and “Done is better than perfect”.
• You are results-oriented with a desire to set and achieve ambitious goals.
• You are structured and work in an organized way, with an academic approach (data-based), are independent and a good communicator.
• Knowledge of affiliate marketing is an advantage but not a requirement.
• You want to work in a startup company where the pace is high, there are many balls in the air and probably quite a few tasks outside your normal area of responsibility.
