Senior Advisor / Senior Specialist for Cost Management

Artelia has a strong Cost Management team that ensures the optimal balance between the client's wishes and the project's economy. Do you want to help shape development and market the area?

At Artelia, Cost Management is a growth business area. The projects range from DTU's Building Space, a robot laboratory, to housing facilities for animal facilities in the Zoological Garden. In short, all types of construction projects.

As we want to develop Cost Management further, we are now looking for a new key employee for the group.

Experience with client contact is central, and you should be eager to be a good advisor for our clients. This includes, among other things, that you should be a skilled communicator who can understand a need and convey a solution. We also expect that you will help shape Artelia outward and participate in marketing our business area.

The Cost Management department consists of 12 employees and belongs to the Division of Advisory and Specialist Services, located at the head office in Copenhagen. You will therefore spend your daily work at a modern premises located right by Buddinge Station with good public transport options and close to Motorring 3.

You will be responsible for developing Cost Management at Artelia in close collaboration with the department management.

Your profile

• You have +10/ (+5) years of experience with cost management
• You are a skilled communicator, both written and spoken
• You are keen to help develop the department
• You are good at anticipating financial risks and risk scenarios from both the client and contractor perspectives
• You have knowledge of the stages of the construction process, including managing a building from the initial planning to execution and occupancy
• You also have solid experience with the following:
• Cost management through all phases
• Planning the service delivery and estimating hours spent on the task.

Your primary responsibilities

• Develop, anchor, share knowledge, and profile Cost Management
• Contribute to and ensure that Artelia is a leader in cost management
• Assess and determine how new standards are incorporated into Artelia
• Handle sales to new and existing customers.
