Senior Batch Planner

Do you want to work with the operation and development of critical IT solutions for Denmark's financial infrastructure? We are looking for an experienced profile in batch planning.

The position

As a Senior Batch Planner you will have significant responsibility for planning, coordination and implementation of critical batch flows and operations tasks. You will work closely with customers and act as a technical advisor in the work to develop stable, scalable and future-proof solutions.

You work with the entire process from analysis and design to implementation, documentation and operations. At the same time, you play a central role in larger customer projects, where your experience and professional weight help ensure successful deliveries.

Your main tasks

• Plan and coordinate batch flows and operations activities across platforms
• Implement complex solutions and changes in customers' environments
• Act as a technical advisor and sparring partner for customers and colleagues
• Participate in projects – from requirements specification to implementation
• Identify and implement optimisations of existing batch setups and processes
• Develop and maintain tools and automations
• Document solutions and actively contribute to knowledge sharing in the team

You

You have several years of experience from a similar role and are used to navigating in complex IT environments with high requirements for stability, quality and security. You are a natural sparring partner who is happy to share knowledge and contribute to the development of both colleagues and solutions.

We emphasise that you

• Have solid experience with batch operations, job scheduling and complex system integrations
• Have familiarity with IBM Workload Scheduler or Dynamic Workload Console
• Understand cross-cutting IT architecture and can translate them into stable solutions
• Have worked with project management and customer contact and can create forward momentum
• Work in a structured way and document your solutions with a focus on operations, quality and maintenance
• Prioritise tasks, stay focused and take responsibility for both team and results
• Can communicate clearly in both Danish and English.
