Do you want to work with modern data center solutions, hybrid cloud and enterprise infrastructure?

We are seeking an experienced senior consultant for Atea, who will help design, implement and further develop mission-critical infrastructure solutions at some of Denmark's largest companies.

You will become a central technical adviser for customers, project managers and operations teams and will have a major influence on choices of architecture, technologies and solutions.

The role is based at the Aarhus or Ballerup office.

THE POSITION

You will be part of a strong consulting environment where you work with modern data center, virtualization and hybrid cloud solutions.

Your tasks include, among others

• Design and implementation of enterprise infrastructures
• Preparation of High Level Design (HLD) and Low Level Design (LLD)
• Architecture and implementation of highly available solutions
• Migration and modernization projects
• Capacity planning and performance optimization
• Backup, recovery and disaster recovery solutions
• Technical advice on operations, security and lifecycle management
• Integration between on-premises infrastructure and Microsoft Azure
• Troubleshooting and analysis of complex infrastructural issues
• Workshops, technical reviews and customer meetings

A large part of the work takes place in Microsoft-based environments, where Hyper-V is a central platform, but you will also work broadly with data center technologies, hybrid cloud and modern infrastructure.

THE PERSON

You have experience as a consultant or specialist in enterprise infrastructure, virtualization or data center operations and thrive with both technical depth and customer dialogue.

We imagine you have experience with several of the following areas

• Enterprise virtualization (e.g., Microsoft Hyper-V or equivalent)
• Windows Server and Microsoft infrastructure
• Highly available platforms and clustering
• SAN, NAS or software-defined storage
• Network and data center infrastructure
• Backup, recovery and disaster recovery solutions
• Hybrid cloud and Microsoft Azure
• Automation and scripting, e.g., PowerShell
• Operations, security, hardening and governance

So you have a solid technical foundation in enterprise infrastructure and virtualization as well as the motivation to work with Microsoft Hyper-V and modern data center solutions.

As a person you work in a structured and analytical way and are motivated by solving complex technical challenges. You are a strong collaborator who can translate technical issues into value-creating solutions for both technicians and decision-makers.

You are motivated for ongoing certification and competence development, including Microsoft certifications such as AZ-800 and AZ-801.

The role requires that you are security-cleared or have the possibility to become so.
