Senior Consultant with strong commercial skills

The Job

To MatchMaker in Copenhagen. Do you have what it takes to be a success in the search and recruitment industry?

You will join a team of experienced consultants and, based on your skills and experience, you will be continuously trained and educated in our services. It mainly takes place through on-the-job training when you participate in delivering our services to existing customers.

You will also independently build your own client portfolio. Here as well you will be trained – but you will be responsible for delivering the necessary effort.

The Job

Following your introductory period you will work on the following tasks

• Development of your own client portfolio by actively prospecting
• Carrying out recruitment processes with job profile, interviews, tests and guidance together with an experienced consultant
• Ongoing follow-up on completed recruitment assignments
• Retention and development of clients

Your profile

You have strong personal presence and a great desire to work in a world where the understanding of organizations, companies and people's competences meets.

You are good at expressing yourself verbally and in writing in Danish. You also master English in writing and speaking, as a substantial part of our tasks are international.

You have a relevant education.
