Senior Downstream Process Engineer

We are looking for an experienced Downstream Process Engineer to support our customers’ need for handling design, qualification and trouble shooting in operations of downstream equipment for our customers.

• A degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience with downstream process equipment design, setup, and qualification at manufacturing scale.
• Experience with filtration, chromatography, TFF (UF/DF), and final API fill is essential.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and conduct root cause analysis.
• Strong communicator with the ability to sell ideas and work seamlessly across functions.
• Fluent in spoken and written English, with the ability to work with vendors, primarily based in Europe.
