Senior Paid Social Specialist | Copenhagen

Do you want to create visibility, sales and growth through Paid Social?

We are looking for someone who already has good control of Paid Social – especially Meta – and who wants to take even more responsibility for both clients, strategy and results.

As a Senior Paid Social Specialist at Generaxion you will have a central role in developing and driving our clients' advertising on social media. You will become part of a strong team of marketing specialists spread across Aarhus and Copenhagen within SEO, Google Ads and Paid Social, where you will be responsible for your own client portfolio.

Your role

You will become the clients' specialist and sparring partner within Paid Social. This means that you not only set up campaigns, but also help understand the client's business, identify opportunities and translate them into strategies and campaigns that create value.

Among other things you will have responsibility for

• Your own client portfolio and the ongoing development of the clients
• Strategy, planning, setup and optimisation of paid social campaigns – especially on Meta
• To analyse data and translate insights into concrete recommendations and improvements
• Ongoing client dialogue and advisory – also when the solution requires a difficult or honest talk
• To work with mail automation and customer journeys
• To stay updated on new opportunities, platforms and developments within digital marketing
• To spar closely with your colleagues and actively bring your knowledge into play in the team

We imagine that you

You already have built solid practical experience with paid social and have had advertising as a significant part of your daily work.

We would like you to have

• Minimum 3 years hands-on experience with Meta Ads, where you have had the primary responsibility
• Experience from an agency or several years from an internal marketing department where you have worked with multiple internal stakeholders or brands
• Experience with e-commerce and understanding of how paid social can support sales and growth
• Experience with mail automation – e.g., Klaviyo, Mailchimp or similar
• Good commercial understanding and interest in what drives the client's business
• Experience with client dialogue and a desire to be the advisory specialist the client goes to

It is an advantage if you have experience with LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads, but the most important is that you are strong on Meta and want to develop further.
