Are you as passionate about bridge-, tunnel- and civil engineering constructions as we are at Sweco? We currently offer an exciting position as senior project manager, where you will have the opportunity to lead some of the industry's most complex and interdisciplinary infrastructure projects.

The Bridges & Tunnels department at Sweco solves tasks across the country in all phases of the structures' lifetime – from design and construction to operation, maintenance and renovation. We are looking for an ambitious senior project manager with experience from large infrastructure projects, who will take a leading role in our large interdisciplinary projects, such as project manager or design manager in connection with complex road and rail projects.

You will become part of an engaged department with 70 employees spread across the country, and which is represented at Sweco's offices in Copenhagen, Birkerød, Odense, Aarhus, Aalborg, Esbjerg and Silkeborg. The position is located in either Copenhagen or North Zealand, and regardless of which location you choose, you will be part of everyday life characterized by sparring and exchange of ideas. The projects are solved in close collaboration across locations, which ensures a dynamic and knowledge-sharing workplace.

About the position

As a senior project manager you will have a central and strategic role in our team, where you lead the management of large, interdisciplinary and complex infrastructure projects. You will work closely with colleagues, partners and customers and serve as the experienced link ensuring that projects are completed successfully from start to finish. Your work will be decisive in creating value for our customers and at the same time maintain and strengthen Sweco's position as a leading and sought-after advisor within sustainable construction of bridges and tunnels. Your primary areas of responsibility include:

• Management of complex and interdisciplinary infrastructure projects with focus on quality, progress and deliverables.
• Close collaboration with customers and business partners to ensure optimal results and long-term value.
• Responsible for the project organization's finances, schedule and progress, including motivating and leading project teams toward common goals.

• Have a degree as a civil engineer.
• Possess solid experience in project or design management within the civil engineering/construction sector.
• Works in a structured manner and has flair for planning and coordination.
• Is responsible and motivated to move projects forward and develop strong customer relationships.
