Randstad is recruiting on behalf of NEXUS / OMILON for a Senior Project Manager for their office in Aarhus. You will play a central role in ensuring predictable deliveries, high quality standards, and strong customer satisfaction across hospitals, regions, and municipalities.

about the job

As Senior Project Manager you will take overall responsibility for driving complex client projects securely from final contract signing to successful go-live. You will be the unifying link between the customer, development, sales, operations and management, and you will ensure that the solutions create real value for healthcare personnel and patients.

Your main tasks

• End-to-end project management with responsibility for planning, coordinating, schedules and execution of implementation projects from start to finish.
• Facilitating steering committee meetings and ongoing status meetings with both internal subject teams and external decision-makers.
• Proactive identification and handling of project risks, dependencies and change requests.
• Develop a strong product understanding and act as an active sparring partner for both customers, colleagues and internal stakeholders as experience is built.

to be successful in the role

To succeed in the role you need strong project management skills and the ability to maintain overview and composure in complex organizations. You can bring various stakeholders together around common goals and create security through clear communication.

We imagine you will contribute with

• Minimum 5+ years of documented experience as Project Manager or Senior Project Manager in IT implementation (competencies and results weighed more than exact years).
• Experience in working professionally among both technical specialist teams and business decision-makers.
• Fluent written and spoken communication in Danish and English.
• Experience with healthcare IT, EMR/EHR systems, AI/voice recognition and compliance/GDPR is not required but beneficial.
