About the job
Do you want to create direction and momentum in complex digital transformations close to the client, with an eye for the priorities that create the greatest impact for their business?
Your role as Senior Project Manager
As a Senior Project Manager at Knowit you will be responsible for creating structure, direction and momentum in our client projects. You will keep an overview and ensure that both the client and the team know where we are heading, what is most important, and what the next steps are.
You work closely with the client's business and help translate needs and ambitions into digital solutions that make sense in practice. This also means that you advise along the way, challenge when relevant, and have a sense of where we can create the most value, both in the individual project and in the ongoing collaboration with the client.
An important part of the role is to balance scope, quality, time and finance. You make priorities, create a common direction across business, creativity and technology, and keep an overview of finances, risks and progress. In short, you help ensure the many parts of a digital project come together.
AI has also become a natural part of our working processes. In the role you use AI to support project management, estimation, risk management, documentation and knowledge sharing, among other things. We are still curious about where AI can make our work better, and you will therefore also be part of testing and further developing AI-supported workflows where it makes sense.
You certainly won't be alone with the task. You work closely with colleagues in areas such as strategy, UX, design and development and involve the various disciplines throughout the project.
Who are you?
We imagine that you have several years of experience with digital project management, preferably from an agency, consultancy or another organization where you have been close to both clients and cross-disciplinary deliveries.
In addition, you may recognize yourself in several of the following
- You have experience with agile project management and leading cross-disciplinary teams.
- You understand the client's business and can translate needs and objectives into priorities and solutions that create value.
- You communicate clearly, build trust and can align different perspectives toward a common direction.
- You work in a structured way and have control of planning, finances, risks, follow-up and progress.
- You have already gained concrete experience with how AI can support project management, communication, facilitation, planning or knowledge sharing.
- You have experience with JIRA or other relevant project tools.
- You meet both clients and colleagues with curiosity, integrity and a desire to contribute.
What do you get at Knowit?
At Knowit you get the freedom to shape your everyday life and the way you lead your projects and clients. You become part of a professional environment with a high level of trust and room to spar, challenge and learn from each other. We place emphasis on integrity and on having room for both professionalism, personality and community.
In addition you will get
- An attractive salary and pension level
- Flexibility and freedom to shape your daily life
- Opportunity to work on digital transformation projects for some of our larger clients
- Skilled colleagues across strategy, design and technology
- Room for both professional development, responsibility and community
Knowit is part of a larger Nordic group with more than 3,700 employees across the Nordics as well as Germany and Poland. Our vision is to contribute to a sustainable and humane society through digitalization and innovation.
Want to be part of Knowit?
Instead of a classic application, we would rather hear a little about how you work as a project manager in practice. You don't need to write long or formal; concrete experiences, reflections and examples from previous projects are far more interesting to us.
Please feel free to select a couple of the items below and tell us, with concrete examples, how you work and what you would especially bring into the role with us.
- How you lead complex digital projects where scope, quality, time and budget must be balanced in practice
- How you collaborate with clients, advise along the way and make decisions that create value for both the project and the client's business
- How you lead cross-disciplinary teams, create momentum and ensure common direction
- How you work with AI as part of your workflows, processes or project management tools, and where you perceive that it creates value in practice
