We are looking for an experienced senior project manager for a solid construction and carpentry company, where you will be responsible for your own projects and the freedom to drive them, as a skilled project manager should be able to.

Here we need someone who can keep track of finances, get people to work together, and ensure that the construction is completed on target.

In short: We’re looking for someone who can take control, not just participate in the meetings. 😉

🔨 WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

You will be responsible for larger construction projects in both new buildings and renovations.

That includes, among other things

• Overall project management from start-up to handover
• Budgets, financial management and follow-up
• Planning and management of timelines
• Coordination of suppliers and partners
• Ensuring quality, progress and compliance with agreements
• Dialogue with clients and other stakeholders
• Handling challenges when reality does not follow the drawings
• Contribute with experience and ideas for the company's development

You will be responsible for making all the pieces fit together, even when someone has moved them around along the way.

👷 WHO ARE YOU?

We imagine that you

• Have solid experience with project management in the construction industry
• Have worked with larger construction projects and preferably turnkey contracts
• Have strong competencies in economics and planning
• Can make decisions and take responsibility for them
• Have impact without raising your voice
• Are structured and good at maintaining an overview
• Can collaborate with both clients, craftsmen and suppliers
• Have experience with both new builds and renovations, or a desire to work with both

You don't have to be the type who takes up the most space in the room.
