Do you want to work with secure development and modern DevSecOps practices in a professional cyber security environment at TV 2?

As a Senior Advisor you will be responsible for strengthening and developing our security work within software development security (primarily on AWS and Azure).

As a Senior Security Advisor – DevSecOps you will become part of a team that works on integrating security into software development and operations processes. The role is ideal for you who are in the part of your career where you want to set the direction for secure software development and automation. You will work closely with developers, architects and other security specialists.

The role also provides opportunities to expand your knowledge, e.g., in Cloud or AI security.

Your primary tasks will

• to contribute to the implementation of DevSecOps principles in development processes and projects (Shift-Left Security) in CI/CD pipelines.
• to advise and collaborate with development teams and cloud architects on best practices and security standards.
• to ensure governance, processes and documentation for the security work.
• to lead the implementation of new security initiatives and technologies.
• to establish and maintain robust central services for identification and handling of vulnerabilities in cloud and development environments, e.g., SAST and DAST.

• CI/CD pipelines and automation
• vulnerability scanning and compliance tools
• GitHub, including GitHub Advanced Security
• AWS and Azure security tools
• Kubernetes/EKS
• Terraform

Your profile

To achieve your goals and results in the role, we imagine that you have the ability to translate security strategy into concrete solutions and processes. You bring experience with security in software development and DevSecOps, and have previously worked with security tools for vulnerability identification and management in software development.

In addition you bring

• a relevant education and possibly certifications such as CISSP, CDP, ECDE, CEH, AWS/Azure Security or similar.
• an analytical and structured approach to tasks.
• good communication skills – both written and spoken.
• motivation, drive and experience to take responsibility for the work and to drive change.
