We want to strengthen our ERP business further and have ambitious plans for further development and growth. Today we are more than 40 specialists and consultants within Dynamics 365 Business Central distributed across Jutland, Funen and Zealand.

We are seeking an experienced and commercially strong Senior Solution Advisor who can take responsibility for the entire customer journey – from presales and needs discovery to solution design, implementation and go-live. You will become a key person in our West team with great influence on both customers, solutions and business. At the same time you will be part of a strong IT house where professional development, knowledge sharing and collaboration go hand in hand.

Here you will have skilled colleagues, exciting customers and access to the latest technologies – in an environment with a high professional level and short decision-making paths.

You will be based at our office in Viby with flexibility options, and you should also expect activity with customers primarily located in Jutland.

Your role

We are looking for you who take responsibility – and who thrives on being close to both customers and colleagues. In that regard you will work together with our Solution Sales team and will have a large influence on the project pipeline and solution design. At the same time you will be part of our commercial career track. In addition you lead professionally and contribute to the development of the team through sparring and by acting as a mentor for younger consultants.

Your responsibilities include

• Commercial responsibility, where you are able to translate customer dialogue and business opportunities into a strong project pipeline.
• Be responsible for the entire project lifecycle – from presales and needs discovery to training, follow-up and final implementation.
• Estimating the project scope, including analysis of scope, resources and timeline.
• Be involved in system upgrades and migrations, including from older versions to the new Cloud solutions.
• Ensure a close and good collaboration with consultants, developers and customers, where trust and strong relationships form the foundation for delivering value-creating ERP solutions.

We are looking for a teamm8 who

• Have solid experience from a similar role in the consultancy sector with a strong focus on both commercial development and successful delivery of Business Central solutions.
• Strong competencies within NAV and Business Central, as well as the ability to act as a solution architect - preferably with solid professional insight within finance, logistics or the production domain.
• Have a strong commercial mindset and are motivated by identifying opportunities, developing customer relationships and translating needs into value-creating ERP solutions.
• Willingness to act as a mentor for younger consultants in the team.
• Be initiative-taking, energetic and thrive with freedom under responsibility.
• Be good at sparring with both customers and colleagues – and have an eye for the whole.
