Lindberg Industri A/S has over the past 30 years developed and delivered production equipment for the manufacture of wind turbine blades and is today a leading supplier of blade handling equipment in Europe. The company develops equipment to meet each customer's individual needs in close collaboration with the customers' own experts and has, as a new strategic initiative, begun to develop its own product line under the brand BladeAlpha™. Senior Technical Project Manager

project management – portfolio management – blade handling equipment

As Senior Technical Project Manager you report to the CTO and will be responsible for the overall project portfolio within the development of blade handling equipment and other projects. You will take a central role in implementing the company's new strategy by taking ownership and leading the largest projects to a successful conclusion.

A significant part of the task is to further develop the project structure and ensure a continued high level within project management, portfolio management and execution capability. You define project goals and scope, develop schedules and budgets and create the overview and the structure that ensures progress, quality and value creation across the projects, while ensuring that relevant project documentation and reporting is prepared.

You will be the link between project participants, management, customers and suppliers and bring competencies across sales, engineering disciplines (mechanics, hydraulics, electrical engineering, software and automation) and operations (procurement, planning, production, delivery and service) into play. You analyze and mitigate risks, contribute to solving challenges effectively and help continuously improve project management practices and processes.

P. Lindberg Industri has its headquarters in Gram, but also has a smaller office in Vejle, from which you can work. However, it is expected that, in connection with team-related project work, you will work in Gram.

Your profile

You are an experienced and technically adept project manager who thrives in a varied day-to-day where you can make a difference.

In connection with the selection we will especially weigh

• Education as an engineer or marine engineer, preferably supplemented with project management education or certification
• Minimum 7-10 years documented experience with cross-disciplinary technical projects and project management
• Experience from machinery or equipment production – knowledge of the wind turbine industry will be an advantage
• Structured with clear communication and strong collaboration skills
• Energetic and eager to actively contribute with skills and ideas
• Fluent English and Danish in writing and speaking
