Service Assistant for the sports and movement facilities at Campus Carlsberg

Do you have a knack for hands-on work and would you like to help create good conditions for teaching in our sports and movement facilities in the teacher education program at Campus Carlsberg? Then you may be our new service assistant who can help with practical and supportive tasks.

At the teacher education program at Københavns Professionshøjskole (KP) we train qualified staff for pedagogical workplaces, and in the program it is emphasized that students acquire theoretical as well as aesthetic and practical competencies.

To support the practical and aesthetic dimensions, it is important that the rooms are well-functioning and that students have access to them outside of teaching hours.

About the job

We offer a position as a service assistant, where you, in collaboration with teachers and other service assistants, work independently to keep things tidy and perform light maintenance of the collections/requisites. Your tasks will be:

• To manage ongoing tidying in rooms and depots. It is expected that all rooms are checked on a weekly basis, and that completed work is documented to the local responsible teachers
• To maintain material lists, label materials/tools and continuously restock consumables
• Ongoing contact with local responsible teachers and Basen about purchases, repairs, development of areas, and unforeseen tasks
• Washing of outerwear jumpers, etc. as needed
• Document when rooms are left in a disorderly/dirty state after rental as well as during regular teaching

You will work together with a room supervisor, who will help you get started and will continuously discuss the tasks with you. You are employed by the Teacher Education Basic Subjects 1 and will report to the Education Leader Ann Saxo.

Salary and terms of employment

Employment starts on November 1, 2026. Working time is about 8 hours per week.

Employment is in accordance with the applicable collective agreement in the state sector. The specific agreement depends on your educational background and will generally be under Organisationsaftale for rengøringsassistenter, sanitører, specialarbejdere og visse erhvervsuddannede m.fl. i staten mv. (3F ).

There will be an opportunity to negotiate qualification supplements.

The workplace is located at Humletorvet 3, 1799 København V.
