Service Assistants for Health and Care Facility in Odder

We are seeking service assistants and need stable employees for service tasks.

The positions are to be filled from January 1, 2027.

You will receive training and an introduction to the health and care placements as a whole and to your colleagues in other professional groups as well as from the service assistant regarding cleaning, etc.

As a service assistant you will work both independently and together with colleagues and clinical staff. The tasks are performed close to patients and clinical staff. You must therefore be service-minded and able to thrive in solving your tasks in patient-facing environments.

The positions are 37 hours per week. Working hours are between 07:00 and 18:00, with shifts varying over the week. There is work every 3rd weekend as well as on holidays.

If you would like to handle tasks such as

• Cleaning of patient bedrooms, consultation rooms and living areas
• Cleaning of equipment and other fixtures
• Cleaning of offices, toilets and other shared facilities
• Final cleaning of patient rooms in connection with discharge
• Other incidental work

You are flexible, have a positive attitude towards new workflows and tasks

• Have good physical and mental stamina
• Are reliable, mature and punctual
• Are quality-conscious and have a sense of order
• Are technologically proficient in using PCs, the Internet and tablets
• Speak, write and read Danish

Health and Care Placements are part of Horsens Regional Hospital in the Department of Citizen-Centered Health. The health and care placements are located at several locations in Hedensted, Skanderborg, Odder and Horsens. The health and care placements are around-the-clock temporary placements that the region will be responsible for from 1 January 2027.

Terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment in accordance with the collective agreement between Danish Regions and the negotiating organizations. The position is covered by local wage formation negotiated with the professional organization.
