Service electrician for door automation in Hadsten

You land in a service team where door automation is the fixed focus in daily work. The tasks involve automatic doors, sliding doors, swing doors, access solutions and service inspections. Customers must have the doors running safely and stably, so you are sent out when something is faulty, needs inspection or adjustment. Work is done with service agreements, urgent faults and planned visits, so everyday life includes both technology, customer contact and troubleshooting.

You get the freedom to solve the tasks properly, and the company car is part of the package. The service van is set up for door automation, and there are spare parts included, so many faults can be resolved on the spot. It is a role for someone who likes to find the fault, get the door running again and explain to the customer what happened.

Everyday: Service, dampers and door automation

Your everyday Today's tasks are booked in advance or forwarded when a customer calls in with a door that won’t run. You assess the fault on site, use the equipment and parts in the vehicle, and report if the task requires more planning. Some visits are quick adjustments, while others require thorough troubleshooting.

You will work with, among other things

• Servicing and troubleshooting automatic doors
• Working with dampers, service inspections and small repairs
• Installing and adjusting sliding doors, swinging doors and access solutions
• Ensuring that the doors run stably and safely after the visit
• Helping customers further when a fault requires additional parts or planning

When a task is solved, you explain to the customer what has been done, and what they should watch out for going forward. The agreements must hold, for a door that stands still can quickly become a problem for those who use the building.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t need to know everything. But you must be able to work independently and take responsibility for your appointments.

We expect you to

• Have experience as an electrician or technician in electrical work, access solutions or automation
• Be able to work independently and take responsibility for your appointments

• Speak properly with customers
• Speak up if something doesn’t add up
