Service Manager for Plumbing Copenhagen (Brøndby)

Then you may be our new Service Manager.

We are seeking a Service Manager for our plumbing (VVS) section in Copenhagen with the workplace in Brøndby. You will be the link between customers, installers and colleagues – and the one who ensures that cases run smoothly from start to finish.

About the job as Service Manager at FLD

As Service Manager you will be responsible for a team of about 8-10 journeymen and apprentices, supported by a Service Coordinator. You report to the Service Manager, Michael Heinisch, and have a major influence on how the daily work of the team is planned and prioritized.

Your tasks will include

Your daily work is about getting the service tasks to run smoothly. You receive inquiries from customers and partners, create cases, provide quotes and plan the tasks together with the installers. If there are cancellations or urgent tasks, you find a practical solution – and you keep the customers informed along the way.

You also take responsibility for smaller construction projects and ensure that time, materials and documentation are in place so the cases can be invoiced. At the same time you follow up on quotes, nurture customers and look for upselling opportunities.

As a leader you have personnel responsibility for your team. You welcome new colleagues and are responsible for the apprentices – from school and daily work to the journeyman exam. And you have an overview of capacity and priorities in daily operations.

We imagine that you

• Have experience in leadership and coordinating service tasks
• Are structured and keep an overview, even when handling multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
• Are service-minded and communicate clearly with customers and colleagues
• Take ownership and follow things through to completion
• Have good IT understanding and adapt quickly to case management systems

You are decisive and robust when priorities change, and you know how important it is to have correct case registration and a thorough invoicing basis. Experience from the plumbing, construction or service industry is an advantage.
