About the job

Would you like to help ensure smooth and professional operations at our service desk?

We are looking for a solution-oriented colleague who wants an active daily life, where following up on practical tasks and providing good service go hand in hand. You will be a central part of a team where we solve tasks together and create a well-functioning everyday life for both employees and guests.

Your tasks and responsibilities

You will be part of Internal Service, where your primary base is at the service desk. Here you assist employees, guests and external partners, e.g., tradespeople and suppliers, who contact us. The desk is the hub of the building, and you play a key role in ensuring that daily life and the building’s operations run smoothly for everyone.

You will have a wide range of tasks, including

  • Provide a welcoming and professional service to employees, guests and suppliers, regardless of the nature of the task.
  • Handle and follow up on inquiries in the shared mailbox as well as issue equipment, borrowing cards and provide basic IT support.
  • Manage contact, ordering and reception of tradespeople and ensure follow-up on operational tasks in the building.
  • Take co-responsibility for progress and good structure in the desk’s daily workflow.
  • On busy days, there may be a need for independent solving of practical tasks in the building.

Depending on your profile and experience, we would like you to be able to drive one or more areas of responsibility – for example managing duty rosters for the on-call team, follow-up on service agreements or communication to the building’s users.

You will work closely with dedicated colleagues, and there will be opportunities to develop your skills and take responsibility for the areas where you have particular strengths.

About you

  • You are a committed 'problem solver'. Everyday life often contains new and unusual tasks that do not neatly fit fixed templates. You thrive on thinking independently, keeping an overview and focusing on finding solutions.
  • You have a strong service mindset, work in a structured way and thrive on making everyday life easier for others.
  • You have technical savvy or practical operations experience – e.g., with buildings, IT, service or trades.
  • You can maintain an overview, even when it’s busy, and you naturally take responsibility for your own tasks and areas.
  • You have good collaboration skills and actively contribute to the positive team spirit in the department.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of the on-call task, but it is not a requirement.

We offer

You will become part of a unified Internal Service department with a total of 30 employees, covering areas within both operations, service and on-call functions across the administration. Together we ensure that the administration’s guests and a total of 2,000 employees meet physical premises that function optimally every day. We offer an informal work environment with engaged colleagues, where we lift tasks together.

Salary and employment terms

Employment is offered in accordance with the applicable collective agreement between the Danish Association of Local Government Employers and the relevant trade union. Salary is negotiated based on your qualifications. Expected start date is December 1, 2026, but as soon as possible. The workplace is Gammel Køge Landevej 43, 2500 Valby. The service desk is open Monday-Thursday from 08:00-16:00 and Friday from 08:00-14:00. Your specific working hours will be agreed in coordination with other colleagues in the team.

Contact and application

If you have questions about the position, you are welcome to contact Anne Hedegaard at 24 64 72 29.

Apply via the link no later than Friday, October 23, 2026

We expect to conduct interviews in weeks 44 and 45. Potential second interviews will be held in week 46.
