Skovbrynet in Ølgod is looking for a pedagogue for the kindergarten starting 1 January 2027.

The position is 37 hours per week with start on January 1, 2027, but we can be flexible. Therefore please also apply if you graduate as a pedagogue in January 2027, as we can wait for the right applicant.

Some about us

Skovbrynet is an institution from 2012. We have both nursery and kindergarten.

We are an institution where play - outdoor life - motor skills and singing are the focus. We sit in a sweet spot with a short distance to both nature and urban life.

Skovbrynet works with inclusive and obligation-bearing communities, where we focus on the child’s well-being, development, learning and formation in an affirming relationship and up-to-date learning environments. We work with the children in both smaller and larger groups depending on what they call for. We work with the strengthened pedagogical learning plan on individual-, group- and institutional level. We are a certified Sangglad Institution - singing and music are a natural part of our daily life and we have created our own songbook!

Skovbrynet is part of Dagtilbuddet Øst, which is a jointly managed daycare service, consisting of the following departments: Agerbæk Børnehus, Teglhuset i Nordenskov, Naturligvis in Ansager, Kastanjehaven in Næsbjerg and Skovbrynet in Ølgod.

Interview process

Interviews will be held in week 48.

The interview will take place as a reflective dialogue between the applicant and the recruitment committee. Applicants invited to interview will, prior to the meeting, receive a few small cases which will be the focal point of the dialogue.
