Blacksmith, repair technician or agricultural machinery mechanic sought for concrete element production

We are looking for a skilled and solution-oriented welder, repair technician or agricultural machinery mechanic for an exciting position with a company in Nørre Snede, where you will play an important role in daily operations, maintenance and development of the production equipment.

About the company and the job

The company produces, delivers and mounts concrete elements for commercial, agricultural and residential construction.

You will become part of a production with various machines and technical plants, where your mechanical understanding and ability to solve practical challenges will be an important part of everyday life.

The company is also facing the establishment of new, larger mixing plants, in which you will have the opportunity to participate in the building and assembly.

Hence, this is a versatile position where you work with daily maintenance and have the opportunity to be part of new technical projects.

Your primary tasks

• Repair, service and maintenance of machines and production equipment
• Mechanical fault finding and solving technical challenges
• Assembly and setup of new, larger mixing plants
• Optimization and ongoing improvement of technical equipment and workflows
• Preventive maintenance focusing on stable operation
• Close collaboration with production to minimize downtime

We imagine that you

• Have experience as a welder, repair technician, agricultural machinery mechanic or from a similar technical role
• Have solid mechanical understanding and can translate your knowledge into practical solutions
• Work independently, in a structured way and take responsibility for your tasks
• Are good at troubleshooting and have a solution-oriented approach
• Thrive in a varied workday where no two days are necessarily the same
• Are quality-conscious and follow your tasks through to completion
• Can speak and understand Danish for cooperation and safety at the workplace

The most important thing is that you have technical flair, practical experience and the desire to make things work.

Working hours

The position is on a fixed day shift

• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM–1:00 PM
