You land in a production company with about 15 employees, where metal and plastic are part of everyday life. The work ranges from single pieces to batches, and components are delivered to industries where precision and lead times matter. You work both independently and with a partner, depending on the task. The atmosphere should be respectful, and there is an emphasis on good working conditions and colleagues who enjoy their trade.

Everyday: Processing, service and repair

Your daily life The tasks alternate between pre-processing, machining, service and repair, depending on what is in progress. Some tasks you do yourself, while others are best solved together with a partner. You decide the order and tell us if something requires a different solution than initially planned.

You will, among other things, work with

• Pre-process and machine parts
• Repair and service mechanical parts
• Customize metal parts according to the task
• Work with single pieces and small series
• Keep track of what you deliver

There is no need for someone who needs everything spell out. We need a steady smith who takes initiative, uses their experience and asks when something doesn’t add up.

We are looking for you who can check most boxes You don’t need to be an expert in every corner of the trade. But you must be able to stand behind what you deliver.

We imagine that you

• Have at least 4 years of experience as a smith
• Have experience with pre-processing and machining
• Can work independently and take responsibility for your tasks
• Are reliable and show up as agreed
• Say something if something doesn’t add up

It is an advantage if you have tried both service and repair. But the most important thing is that you enjoy a daily where tasks change and where you use your head together with your hands.
