We are looking for a blacksmith for processing and service in Billund.

You land in a production environment where the work is about tools and machine parts for the industry. We work with tailor-made solutions, CNC machining, surface grinding and forming tools, so the tasks require steady hands and an eye for fit. The team is around 20 employees, so there are people around you without the everyday life becoming heavy. The tasks are in Billund, and the work shifts between pre-processing, machining, service and repair.

The role is for you who can take responsibility for your own subjects and at the same time work closely with a colleague when the task requires it. There is flex and freedom under responsibility, but also an expectation that you speak up if something is not right. It is not a place for half-measures, because the parts must move on in production and function afterwards.

Your everyday In production, the work shifts between new parts, pre-processing and repairs, so you must be able to keep track of both finish and function. When a task changes along the way, it is about speaking up and correcting course before the part goes further.

You will, among other things, work with

• Prepares and machines workpieces for tools and machine parts
• Repairs and services parts that need to go back into operation
• Adapts and prepares semi-finished products in different materials
• Works with machine parts where precision and fit are important
• Helps with tasks around CNC machining, surface grinding and forming tools

• Have at least 3 years of experience as a blacksmith
• Can work with pre-processing, machining and repair
• Are stable and show up as agreed
• Can take responsibility for your own tasks
• Speak up if something is not right
