SMT operator wanted

Do you have experience with SMT production? Then you might be the one we're looking for.

You will become part of a strong SMT team, where the company works with modern, high-tech production lines and the production of complex printed circuit boards.

If you do not live within commuting distance to Stilling, a hotel room is provided.

You will have a daily routine with responsibility, technical challenges and skilled colleagues around you. The position is on 34 hours per week distributed from Monday to Thursday , so you get a fixed 4-day work week. The working day starts at 14:30 .

Your main tasks

As an SMT operator you will be an important part of SMT production, where they manufacture complex PCBs with high quality and precision requirements.

Your main tasks will include, among others

• Preparation and setup of feeders with components
• Setup and preparation of the production line
• Operation and monitoring of the SMT lines
• Control and inspection of the finished production
• Daily operator maintenance of the production equipment
• Contribute to ensuring a stable production with focus on quality and precision

Your experience

We imagine that you already have experience from SMT production and preferably have knowledge of several of the following processes and areas:

• PCB paste screening
• SPI – solder paste inspection
• Machine assembly, preferably Yamaha
• Reflow soldering
• AOI
• ESD
• IPC-A-610

You do not, however, need to know it all from the start. If you have the right attitude and interest in the area, we will provide the necessary training.
