Social and Health Assistant sought for permanent evening shift

Midtjysk Pleje seeks a dedicated and responsible social- and health care assistant for a fixed evening shift in our Viborg department.

We offer a permanent position in a 5/2 rotation with working hours from 15:00–23:00 .

As an evening shift, you will be an important part of our efforts to ensure safety, continuity and quality for our citizens throughout the evening.

About the position

As a fixed evening shift you work independently and have the opportunity for sparring with your other evening colleagues.

You will have the responsibility to meet the citizens' needs and handle the situations that may arise during the evening.

The position is attached to our department in Viborg .

You will be provided with a company car available during working hours .

We are looking for someone who

• Is educated as a social- and health care assistant
• Has experience from home care
• Has experience with and thrives in evening shifts
• Is reliable, responsible and dependable
• Works independently and good at sparring with colleagues
• Can stay calm and act professionally in acute and unforeseen situations
• Has a good overview and can prioritise your tasks
• Is caring and focuses on the individual citizen's needs and dignity
• Has knowledge of Nexus – this is an advantage, but not a requirement

We place great emphasis on you being comfortable with the independent responsibility that comes with an evening shift, and that you can make professionally well-considered decisions when the situation requires it in consultation with our Social- and Health Care Assistant.
