Social and Health Care Assistant as Group Coordinator

About the position

• Working hours: on average 32 hours per week on day shift
• Weekend shift: every 4 weeks (more often during holiday and public holiday periods, approx. corresponding to every 3rd weekend on average)
• As a group coordinator you will during your working weekends handle tasks such as sick leave, etc. – we will elaborate this in the interview.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced and professionally strong Social and Health Care Assistant who:

• Has a flexible and accommodating approach to work
• Wants to take on responsibility in the role of group coordinator
• Works independently, structured and rehabilitative
• Keeps an overview in pressured situations and is careful with medication handling
• Is stable and contributes to security and continuity for our citizens
• Communicates in an acknowledged and respectful manner with citizens and relatives
• Has knowledge of NEXUS or other care systems (not a requirement)
