Social and Health Care Assistant for Evening Shift at Mariager/Assens Home Care

We are looking for an engaged social- and health care assistant for the evening shift in Mariager/Assens Home Care. The position is 37 hours per week or as agreed.

With us you will have the opportunity to work independently with your professional skills, while becoming part of a close interdisciplinary collaboration where professionalism and working environment go hand in hand.

Who are we?

Mariager/Assens Home Care is a small and well-functioning group that in the evening shift consists of four social- and health care helpers and one social- and health care assistant. During the day there are 2 teams with 12 employees in each team, we have 4-8 pupils and a training manager, as well as 1 coordinator who makes driving lists and prepares the duty rosters.

We place great emphasis on professionalism and collaboration – and for us both are equally important. We believe that together we create the best solutions for citizens when we use each other’s competencies and help each other in everyday life.

You will become part of a workplace with close leadership, where both a professional team leader and a personnel manager are close to the employees and everyday life.
