Who are you? You are a social- and health care assistant with experience in or a desire to work in the elderly and dementia field. You are professionally well-founded, reflect on your own practice and work in a structured and safe manner within your competence area.

Your tasks will include

• Create homeliness, security and star moments together with residents and contribute to the good atmosphere at the home.
• Take responsibility based on the resident's needs and values.
• Collaborate across teams and brainstorm with colleagues.
• Document. We use Nexus.

About the position

• The position is 30-37 hours, with work every other weekend.
• Salary and employment are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
• You prefer a fixed evening shift or rotating shifts between day and evening shifts.
• Health insurance, which includes a physiotherapist, chiropractor, etc.

• Start date: 1/12-2026 or by agreement.

About the HOME Egegård is the original name of the large farm that was located at the same address. Later the farm changed its name to Kolstrupgård. The farm was demolished in connection with the construction of the new Egegård Friplejehjem.

Egegård Friplejehjem consists of a total of 63 homes distributed across 3 floors, with 21 homes on each floor. On each floor there are 2 common living rooms, a common dining kitchen and a shared terrace.

The 3 floors are connected by stairs and elevators. The apartments are connected by distribution hallways paved with carpet.

There are 57 two-room apartments and 6 three-room apartments.

In addition to the 63 apartments, there is 1 guest room for relatives who need an overnight stay.
