Social and Health Care Assistant for the evening shift at Støberiet Nursing Home

We are seeking a Social and Health Care Assistant for a permanent position of 37 hours per week or as agreed. The position is primarily evening shifts with a weekend shift every other week. Start date January 1, 2027 or by agreement.

Støberiet Nursing Home is a modern and well-functioning home with 48 residences spread over two floors.

At Støberiet we work every day to create a daily life with high professionalism and quality of life, where residents are supported to live an independent and meaningful everyday life. The house is characterized by homeliness, presence and an active environment, where residents, relatives and staff are part of the community.

Our staff group consists of nurses, social- and health care assistants, social- and health care helpers, and students. We work closely across disciplines with a focus on well-being, safety and residents' individual needs.

Your tasks

As a Social and Health Care Assistant at Støberiet you will among other things

• Provide holistic care and support to residents
• Observe, document and follow up on residents' health status
• Contribute to the coordination and planning of care and welfare efforts
• Collaborate closely with colleagues, nurses, relatives and other partners
• Help create a safe, active and meaningful everyday life for residents
• Actively participate in the development of professional practice and a good working environment

We are looking for someone who has

• Registration as a Social and Health Care Assistant
• Experience with or interest in the elderly field
• Good collaboration and communication skills
• Familiarity with documentation and professional follow-up
