Who are we

We are a team in development and therefore are looking for colleagues.

We are a team consisting of social- and health-care assistants, social- and health-care helpers, unskilled workers and hourly paid staff, who in a multidisciplinary community with nurses carry out the interventions the citizens have been referred for. There are exciting, challenging and complicated health-related tasks for the citizens.

We are looking for you who are educated as a social- and health-care assistant, who takes pride in delivering high quality and professionalism in your work, both with our citizens and in the documentation. We have a fixed meeting structure to ensure high professionalism and quality in task solving as well as a good working environment. The meetings follow after lunch. The structure includes triage meetings every evening, 15-minute professional moments and nursing/SSA meetings. Co-chairing mini team meetings where driving lists are reviewed and optimized.

As a social- and health-care assistant in the team, you will participate in holistic care where it makes sense.

Recruitment process and salary

The start date is 1 December 2026.

We hold interviews on an ongoing basis.

The position is normally 37 hours and is a permanent position. Other hour counts can possibly be arranged.

We offer salary and terms of employment according to the collective agreement for social- and health-care assistants in municipalities and according to the principles of local salary formation and after agreement with the negotiating organization.

Salary range for the position is DKK 31,420 – 43,824 per month (37 hours).

The salary depends on a negotiation between the manager and the professional organization that has the right to negotiate for the applicable collective agreement.

The composition of the salary depends on your education, documented seniority and qualifications.
