We are seeking a Social and Health Care Assistant for evening shift , on average 28 hours per week , with a weekend shift on average every 2 weeks.

Who are you?

We are looking for an experienced and professionally strong Social and Health Care Assistant who:

• Has a flexible and accommodating approach to the job
• Thrives with responsibility and collaboration in self-managing teams
• Works independently, with structure and a focus on rehabilitation
• Has an overview in pressured situations and is meticulous with medication management
• Is stable and contributes to security and continuity for the citizens
• Communicates in an acknowledging and respectful manner with both citizens and relatives
• Has knowledge of NEXUS or similar care systems (not a requirement, but an advantage)

Privathjælpen Struer is a private home care company with about 65 employees spread across day, evening and night shifts.

Since 2003 we have delivered commissioned services in personal care, practical help and delegated nursing services.

In addition we offer citizens the option to add extra services.
