Responsibilities

• Main responsibility in the evening shift in Midtby Vest. In this role you will take on complex tasks that require both professional depth and the ability to ensure high quality.
• You will become part of an interdisciplinary team consisting of social- and health care staff, nurses, therapists and planners, as well as partners in Vejle Municipality. Together you work from a holistic and rehabilitative perspective with the citizen at the center.
• The close contact with the citizen. Your tasks include, among other things, performing basic nursing tasks, documenting in the Nexus documentation system and handling acute situations. You contribute to developing long-term care paths for the individual citizen in collaboration with the citizens themselves and colleagues, both in the evening shift and the day shift. In Midtby Vest we work holistically around the citizen.

The Midtby Vest district is located at Bakkegården in the heart of Vejle. We cover two shifts, where the evening shift always has SSA and nurse coverage. Our goal is to deliver high quality and development through the whole-principle in a interdisciplinary, rehabilitative approach.

We expect that you

• Are trained social- and health care assistant or nurse
• Have experience from home care and knowledge of the Nexus documentation system
• Can work independently and take responsibility for complex tasks, where there is collaboration with an external nurse in the evening. We focus on a high degree of delegation in accordance with Vejle Municipality's delegation catalogue
• Have good relational skills, the ability to create a positive working environment where we help each other succeed
• Work structured, independently and thoroughly with a focus on quality in documentation and responsible task execution
• Driver's license

Terms of employment

Salary and terms of employment according to applicable collective agreement and local salary.

Positions are permanent roles of 24-30 hours per week with start on 1 January 2027, or by agreement.

Nurses

Employment is made according to the collective agreement for 70.01 Public Health Nurses, Dietitians, Dental Hygienists, etc., §§ 3-5. The expected starting salary for full-time and excluding pension is at base salary level (4 or 7) based on seniority, in the range of DKK 31,081 – 36,994. The final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications as well as the specific offered position.

SSA

Employment is made according to the collective agreement for 73.01 Social- and Health Care Personnel - SSA, §§ 4-6. The expected starting salary for full-time and excluding pension is base salary level (level 24-27) based on seniority, in the range of DKK 29,579 – 34,898. The final placement, including collective agreement basis and salary level, is determined based on education, experience and qualifications as well as the specific offered position.
