Social- and health care assistants for new regular substitute positions at Engholm Care Center

Fixed monthly salary, allowance up to 3,500 DKK per month and fewer weekend shifts – Become a fixed temp at Engholm Care Center.

Engholm Care Center is seeking two trained social- and health care assistants for newly created positions as fixed temp on a monthly salary. We are creating the positions to strengthen continuity for our residents, create greater stability in operations and a better working environment. As a fixed temp you will be an important part of the house and have a varied daily life across departments.

The start date is December 1, 2026 or by agreement.

Why you should apply

You will receive a special flexibility allowance in addition to your salary, and depending on which shifts you can cover, you will receive a monthly functional allowance of:

• 2,500 DKK per month for covering 1 shift pattern
• 3,000 DKK per month for covering 2 shift patterns
• 3,500 DKK per month for covering 3 shift patterns

You will have fewer weekend shifts

As a fixed temp you work five weekends over a 12-week period, which is one weekend less than other staff in the same professional group.

About the job

You will be employed as a fixed temp with a partly known duty roster, which means that

• Part of your shifts are planned and known in advance
• The other shifts are planned continuously within the norm period
• You cover shifts across Engholm Care Center
• You contribute to ensuring stable staffing and high quality of care

Salary and terms of employment

Salary and employment conditions are in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and local agreement for fixed temps on monthly salary.
