Social and Health Care Assistants for Plejecenter Kollektivhuset

At Plejecenter Kollektivhuset we are seeking skilled and engaged social and health care assistants for permanent positions, primarily day shifts and working every 3rd weekend.

The positions are essentially 37 hours per week.

Kollektivhuset is a modern care center with a focus on presence, safety and high professional quality in daily life. We have 85 care apartments, of which several are arranged for couples. About the job

As a social and health care assistant at Kollektivhuset you will play a central role in daily care and nursing work. You will be responsible for medication management, observations, documentation and coordination of interventions in close collaboration with nurses, therapists and other colleagues.

Your daily routine will include

• Professional assessments and follow-up on residents' well-being and health
• Multidisciplinary collaboration on residents' overall situation
• Close contact and dialogue with residents and relatives
• Focus on rehabilitation, quality of life and the individual’s resources
• Shared responsibility for quality and development in care
